Welcome to My Sacred Space

Hello and welcome! I’m Witch of the North, and I’m thrilled to have you here. This blog is a sanctuary for those who are drawn to the mystical arts of Northern Witchcraft. Here, we delve deep into the ancient practices of seasonal celebrations and the enigmatic world of runes.

My Journey

I was born and raised in the beautiful landscapes of Sweden, a land steeped in folklore, magic, and ancient traditions. My journey into the realm of Northern Witchcraft began when I was just 12 years old. Like many of you, I was captivated by the world of fantasy. Books like Harry Potter not only fueled my imagination but also ignited a lifelong passion for the mystical arts.

My Expertise

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills and expertise in two main areas: seasonal celebrations and runes. Whether it’s the magic of the Winter Solstice or the ancient wisdom hidden in rune stones, I find immense joy and fulfillment in these practices.

A Personal Anecdote

I remember a particular Midsummer’s Eve when I was still a novice in the craft. I had meticulously prepared for the celebration, but as fate would have it, a sudden downpour threatened to wash away all my plans. Just when I was about to give up, I decided to embrace the rain and continue the ritual. To my surprise, the rain ceased the moment I started chanting. It was as if the elements were acknowledging my resolve. That experience taught me that magic is not just about following rituals; it’s about connecting with the natural world around you.
